Job Description

1. Responsible for styling and structural design of interior parts including IP, CNSL, door panels, pillars and soft trim; 2. Complete 3D data modeling, 2D engineering drawings and BOM creation; 3. Participate in interior system scheme reviews to ensure design meets process, cost, weight and regulatory requirements; 4. Collaborate with CAE analysis, prototype trial and vehicle validation to track and resolve design issues; 5. Technical interface with customers and suppliers, deliver design deliverables that meet project milestones.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Design, Vehicle Engineering or related field; 2. 3+ years of automotive interior design experience, proficient in CATIA/UG and other 3D software; 3. Familiar with interior parts development process, material properties and molding processes (injection, slush, foaming, etc.); 4. Good communication, coordination skills and team spirit; 5. OEM or Tier-1 supplier experience preferred.

1. Responsible for styling and structural design of exterior parts including bumpers, cowl covers, spoilers, side skirts and engine bay covers; 2. Complete Class-A surface feasibility analysis, section design and 3D/2D data output; 3. Participate in exterior DTS definition, gap/flush and appearance matching schemes; 4. Coordinate with CAE for crash, pedestrian protection and modal analysis to optimize design; 5. Support prototype trial, DV/PV testing and mass production issue resolution.

Requirements

1. Responsible for structural design of automotive seat assembly (frame, foam, trim, headrest, armrest, slide rail); 2. Complete 3D packaging and DMU verification for interface with body, interior and seatbelt; 3. Develop comfort, safety (whiplash, seatbelt anchorage) and regulatory compliance solutions; 4. Responsible for BOM, DFMEA and design review documentation; 5. Track prototyping, DV/PV testing and road test issue resolution.

Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or above in Vehicle Engineering, Mechanical Design or related field; 2. 3+ years of automotive seat design experience, proficient in CATIA; 3. Familiar with frame stamping/welding, foam molding and trim sewing processes; 4. Knowledge of seat regulations and testing methods; 5. Strong logical analysis ability, complete seat or frame platform development preferred.
